CASE STUDY #1 – TRADE SHOWS

The Challenge
An innovative software company asked us to create the materials for a dimensional mailing to 3,000 prospects attending a large trade show. Because the client was raffling box seats to the All-Star game, the theme for the mailing was baseball and the object was to get the decision makers to the client’s booth.

The Solution
We sourced peanuts in the shell, packaged in a cellophane bag with the client’s logo prominently displayed. We provided a green mailing box, sized to protect the peanut bag. At our suggestion, the client prepared mailing labels in the shape of a baseball diamond.

The Result
The client reported that the response from their prospects was overwhelming both in quantity and quality. Visitors to the booth also received wooden baseball bat pens provided by us.

The Lesson
When preparing for a trade show promotion, attention should be focused on the pre-show preparation and post show follow up as well as the “at show” gifts.

CASE STUDY # 2- CUSTOMER SATISFACTION

The Challenge
A large multinational corporation wanted to get a high rate of response to a customer satisfaction survey by providing a gift to respondents. They were looking for a gift with a highly perceived value but at a reasonable cost.

The Solution
We suggested a desk clock, with the client’s logo on the face and packaged in a attractive gift box. Because of the quantity of the order and our relationship with the supplier, we were able to negotiate a very favorable price.

The Result
Within a two weeks of initiating the program, our client had a 31% response rate to their survey and were very pleased with the project.

The Lesson
Promotional products are “attention magnets” for virtually every type of an organization’s projects.

CASE STUDY # 3- EMPLOYEE RECOGNITION

The Challenge
A Midwestern manufacturer was referred to us by one of our larger clients. They had spent several months on a new product rollout and wanted to give a special “thank you” gift to their 600+ associates. Because their event was coming soon, time was of the essence.

The Solution
We provided upscale reversible fleece vests with the client’s new product logo embroidered on both sides within a ten day window.

The Result
The client reported that the project created a great amount of good will in their organization.

The Lesson
Recognizing and rewarding employees with promotional products can have longer lasting effect than using financial incentives.
